Through the EastPoint approach, development of these skills and qualities proceeds at several levels and often simultaneously. Short debrief periods emphasize what is being learnt and help verbalize the essence of the skill. Repetition increases ease and familiarity. The Coaching aspect of the program helps participants apply the skill or quality directly in the workplace.
