Geoff Crinean

Geoff has received extensive training in eastern traditions, particularly from Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. Geoff trained closely with this great Tibetan Master beginning in 1977 and, since then, has taught what he learned across North America, Europe, and Australasia. He is a meditation instructor and a senior teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition. His first career was as a nuclear physicist. He is a certified executive coach and leadership workshop facilitator. He has worked as a manager, consultant, leader, and coach in companies and corporations in Europe, the US, & Canada. His coaching certification is through The Coaches Training Institute (US) and he has been coaching professionally since 2000. He lives with his wife and daughter in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Lennart Krogoll

Lennart Krogoll was born in Germany in 1954 and emigrated to Canada in 1991. In Germany he studied business management, was active in building an international wholesale business, as well as becoming a performing and recording musician. Lennart has been practicing warrior mind-training disciplines such as meditation and martial arts since 1978. He received extensive training from Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. In 1985 he became a meditation instructor and an instructor in exercises used by EastPoint that help develop awareness and confidence in action. Since 1999 Lennart has regularly been leading experiential leadership training programs for a variety of organizations in the USA, Canada, Europe and South America.

Mindy Moore

Mindy Moore has been a clay sculptor/potter for over 30 years, and an art teacher for the past 10 years. She began her study and practice of Buddhist meditation in 1978. Through her meditation practice, Mindy was introduced to the warrior disciplines and leadership methods of the Dorje Kasung, a service organization working with security and personal service to Buddhist teachers and dignitaries. Within that organization, Mindy was head of international volunteer supervision for over 7 years. As well, she is an accomplished student of Chado, the Way of Tea (Japanese Tea Ceremony) and continues to study and practice this art form. Mindy is the mother of 2 sons, currently holds the position of head art teacher at the Shambhala School in Halifax, Canada, while also maintaining a pottery studio for her personal work.

Anna Weinstein

Anna Weinstein has studied meditation and mindfulness techniques since age 10, training primarily with Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche in the Shambhala and Tibetan Buddhist traditions as well as with Indian and Indonesian masters in contemplative music and dance disciplines. Since 2006 she has worked for the Shambhala Buddhist organization, leading meditation and governance training programs as well as multi-faceted volunteer training and development throughout Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
