Geoff Crinean

Geoff has received extensive training in mindfulness techniques since 1977. He has taught what he learned across North America, Europe, and Australasia. He is an instructor and a senior teacher. His first career was as a nuclear physicist. He is a certified executive coach and leadership workshop facilitator. He has worked as a manager, consultant, leader, and coach in companies and corporations in Europe, the US, & Canada. His coaching certification is through The Coaches Training Institute (US) and he has been coaching professionally since 2000. He lives with his wife and daughter in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Lennart Krogoll

Lennart has been practicing warrior mind-training disciplines including meditation and martial arts since 1978. He has been an instructor and teacher of mindfulness techniques since 1985, and incorporating them in experiential training programs he led in the USA, Canada, Europe and South America. He holds the post of Chief Instructor for the train-the-trainer program within an international, unarmed, security organisation. Lennart also holds a certificate for the Introduction to Peace Operations course from the UN, and continues to be engaged in Conflict Resolution studies. He was born in Germany in 1954, and immigrated to Canada in 1991. Lennart studied business management, coached business students and was senior manager and executive director for a number of organisations in Germany and Canada.

Anna Weinstein

Anna Weinstein holds a master’s degree from the United Nations-mandated University for Peace in Costa Rica in the field of Media, Peace and Conflict studies. Anna has studied mindfulness techniques since age 10, and also trained in contemplative music and dance disciplines. Since 2006 she has been leading mindfulness-based governance training programs as well as multi-faceted volunteer training and development throughout Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

 

Lennart, Geoff and Anna have been team and project leaders, as well as instructors, trainers and lecturers for leadership and team training within an unarmed, international security organisation, which has worked together with the RCMP, US State Departments and Police and Defence Departments, in conjunction with handling crowd- and personal-security for dignitaries such as the Dalai Lama, the UN Secretary General U Thant and others. Their motto is 'Victory Over War'.
