Custom Programs

Fundamental leadership qualities cannot be learned from books and seminars, yet they are crucial to how we manifest as a leader. They guide our actions and they can be applied in any situation regardless how challenging. This is true not only for designated leaders, but for everyone in your organization.

Through EastPoint Custom Programs we can together identify the key issues for leaders and would-be leaders in your organization. We will then custom design a program using the ideal combination of coaching and experiential training sessions that accomplish your objectives and that suit your needs, time-line, and logistical practicalities.

Components of EastPoint Custom Programs can include:

• Organizational Assessment - Executive sessions to understand perceived organizational strengths and weaknesses, followed by employee surveys as necessary.
• One-on-one coaching sessions - to explore and determine the needs of key individuals and of your organization.
• Experiential learning retreats - including awareness, leadership and communication exercises, presentations and discussions, and group coaching sessions and the development Learning, Practice, and Action (LPA) plans.
• Follow-up coaching sessions - to support individuals and groups to succeed in carrying out their LPA plans.
• Follow-up Facilitated Workshops - to continue the learning, promote Shared Vision, and optimize desired change.
