Mission
The EastPoint mission is to help new and experienced leaders accelerate their journey towards genuine authentic leadership. Eastpoint leaders learn to rely on and develop their inherent courage and compassion - essential to meet the fear and anxiety of our time. They discern beyond the superficial and act decisively and creatively for the benefit of those they lead and the people and organizations they serve.
The founders and core faculty of EastPoint - Geoff Crinean and Lennart Krogoll - have been conducting experiential leadership training programs for over 10 years, in a variety of organizations throughout the USA, Canada, Europe and South America. The EastPoint program model derives from ancient warrior training traditions, as presented in the west by the great Tibetan Buddhist teacher and master Trungpa Rinpoche in the 1970s and '80s, as well as from modern western training techniques from the fields of human development and coaching. Geoff and Lennart are now presenting these programs to a wider public audience.
